We offer multiple options in separate groups with open and closed group formats. Our 12 Week Program is offered online, in person, and at the Peace River Correctional Centre.

Have a greater awareness about how to recognize and interrupt the cycle of intergenerational trauma and the impact on the entire family unit.

Understanding of attachment in healthy/unhealthy relationships and learn new tools for repair.
